My name is Nick Weber and I am the founder and head agent of Heritage Real Estate Team. I built Heritage Real Estate Team to create a better, more personal, home buying and selling experience for others. When my wife and I bought our first house, we noticed a disconnect in the home process. At the end of the day, we felt like just another transaction.
At Heritage Real Estate Team, we want to change the standard. We want to treat people like family, educate and make a positive impact in their life. We take the time to get to know, explain and support our clients through every step of the home buying and selling process.
We love buying and selling homes but our ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Our Client Choice Charity program is our way to give back. But more importantly, it’s our way, as parents, to teach our boys kindness and generosity. We donate a portion of our profit on every transaction to a charity of our client’s choice.
We pride ourselves on our referral-based business that was built from our standing relationships with past clients. We are honored to be apart of our client’s lives and we would like to thank our family, friends and clients who have trusted and continued to support us.
My name is Cayla Weber and I'm the co-founder of Heritage Real Estate team. Real Estate is the perfect outlet for Nick’s entrepreneurial spirit and limitless hard work. Nick and I have always valued the idea of home. We would spend hours driving around dreaming of what home would look like for us ... barns, pastures, front porches and a good hunting spot.
But once we started a family the idea of home took on an entirely different meaning. We started viewing home as a place of memories and lessons, more of a journey and destination. Today or any day, you'll see us running after our two boys, Easton and Sutton. We are settled into our forever farmhouse and we work hard everyday to create a journey and life our boys will be proud of. We would be honored to be apart of your home buying and selling journey and hope to provide an experience that truly feels like home.
